My Approach
Most diets fail because they are just that – “diets”. As a Body Transformation Coach, to me the word diet implies something temporary, overly restrictive, and somewhat painful.

Moreover, the conflicting approaches out there are endless. For example, should you do Keto? What about Intermittent Fasting? What about the cucumber and beet juice cleanse your neighbor is doing, LOL? It’s confusing. And what do people do when they are confused? They do nothing, because it’s easier to just stay stuck in the same rut.
That’s where I come in. I’m going to teach you how to sculpt your body. I’m going to teach you how to torch your fat. I’m also going to debunk a lot of what you might think good nutrition is. Most importantly, I’m going to teach you how to achieve the Holy Trinity of Good Nutrition, leveraging your food so that you can:
(1) Look Better (2) Feel Better (3) Perform Better.

From Army Master Fitness Trainer to Body Transformation Coach
Kyle became a Certified Army Master Fitness Trainer while majoring in Chemistry & Life Sciences at West Point. As an Airborne Ranger qualified Officer in the 173rd Airborne Brigade, Captain Kyle trained and led teams in real world missions across the globe. Fast forward 25 years and Kyle is still training and leading, this time as a Professional Fitness & Body Transformation Coach. A Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach, Kyle has coached hundreds upon hundreds of people to get the body of their dreams. And keep it.
